As a spine expert, I believe the M6 chair's design is truly commendable. Its massage system effectively relieves lower back pressure, and the neck pillow provides essential support, reducing strain on the spine. This chair is particularly beneficial for people who sit for extended periods, such as E-sports players, as it helps maintain proper spine health.

Had updates all the way, delivery driver was really helpful and professional. Chair took a bit of time to put together. Bought for son's birthday and he loved it! (had a Pewdie Pie gaming chair previously). Loves the air conditioning and heating pad and is now getting used to his new chair
Looks amazing and is comfortable only things I would improve on is that is doesn’t come with a battery and also head/neck support doesn’t lock into place soon as you put weight on it it clicks back in. Also arms rest need a way to lock as getting up and leaning on them they just move and you almost fall. I am disabled and need to use arm rests to get up. Apart from that this chair is amazing. The back massage feature works great once you buy a battery and connect it.
Comfortablr chair for all day use and the fdeatures are fantastic. Massage seat andback, heated and vented base and a foot rest, what more could you ask for.
I think the chair fantastic, once it is up and running it is great. I love the fan and heating features, although , I think that the cooling fans and the heating elements could be a little bit more powerful.
I had an issue doing assembly, one of the securing bolts for the back would not go through the mount properly. yet it screwed in without the mount. When I checked I found the top of the bolt thread was severely worn, but I am still unsure if that was the reason. I ended replacing the bolt with no issues.
I found the it is better to powered from the the mains, not a power-bank. I found that the power-bank method was unstable as the connection kept faltering. Hence the minus 1 star.
Best gaming chair I have owned. Really really good in nearly all regards. For future developments I would love to see a lock feature that could be used to lock the chair in a reclined position - hard to stay in a reclined position when using the footrest without this. Seat heating is very effective, however, the cooling can’t really be felt at all.
The chair is exceptional and of great quality. The customer service is outstanding and I have no regrets for purchasing such an expensive chair. Exceeded expectations
Amazing chair the M6 2.0. Very comfortable, so much options for adjustment! I've been spoiled by the seat cooling function this summer, I cannot wait to make use of the heating as well! The massage really helps too for either the long term gaming, or post-gym workout massage. The ONLY downside I have probably is that the arms move almost too easily. I personally liked a good, solid arm with locking in features. I got used to moving chairs via their arms too so everytime I move the chair via their arms, it just readjusts and then I'd have to readjust back to the adjustment that I had before. What kept it to 4/5 is the fact that despite that, you can adjust it back still pretty easily.
Wonderful chair , top quality materials I will admit the arms were a bit weird at first but after using them for a few weeks don't know how i would lived with out them now the adjustments are just fantastic hold your arm at desk top level never mind all the vibrating heating air etc . you have to try one to understand .
Go on test you won't regret .
The chair presents an aesthetically pleasing design and demonstrates effective functionality, exhibiting a high standard of construction. Assembly was relatively straightforward, even for individuals with arthritic conditions. While two individuals might have facilitated the process, it was manageable for a 67-year-old. Initially, the seat's firmness caused some discomfort to the coccyx; however, it has since been determined that this was likely a personal issue rather than a defect in the chair itself.
Autofull has maintained excellent communication throughout the return process. It is advisable to thoroughly review their return policy. Despite initiating the refund request within 10 days of the 30-day window, a restocking fee was applied. This fee, initially £75, was subsequently reduced to £50.
