Order Information

You may be charged a cross border transaction fee if your transaction takes place in a different country from the one where your card was issued. This cross border transaction fee is being charged by the issuing bank. We ship to residential or commercial addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.If you have a special delivery request, such as calling in advance, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the package in a specific location, please reach out to courier service directly after placing your order..

Return & Refund

Orders for in-stock items are sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately after you place the order and your payment processing is complete. To request a cancellation of backordered items, please contact service@autofull.com.

Warranty Policy

Free replacement or money back for any reason within 30 days, 36 months on parts. Any dissatisfaction with our products, please contact us at first, we will do our best to solve the problem for you.Aesthetic defects and damage due to misuse of the chair are not covered.
