Easy to assemble, good quality, quick dispatch and fast delivery!

Can’t rate this chair highly enough. Took awhile to be delivered but when it arrived it was easily put together and you could feel the quality. Let me tell you when I sat on it and adjusted it the eleventy billions ways it could be adjusted it was perfect. The cooling has already been put to use (menopause) and the heating is great 2 presses are enough for me. (The cat however stole the warm seat pretty quickly). Massage is perfect too. Worth the money.
